#i'd like for my ocs to have theme songs but yarrow is kinda stuck between aubergine lady lamb and a kindling of sorts

sometimes i go a little nuts when a kindling of sorts comes on bc it is SUCH a good yarrow song. i just. ough. it was the first song i put on their playlist back in august and it's the gift that keeps on giving. the way the song starts out gentle and becomes something forceful with crescendo throughout the song paralleling yarrow's own arc and how he's driven to violence, the fire motif compounding on that too, the fact that violin is the main instrument, which grimm plays and how THAT reflects the ways the two of them are so intertwined. there is a REASON that song is the opener of their playlist and i need people to know
