Suga would know you were the one when he is working late on Christmas day and you surprise him with basketball at the park. You would tell him that if you shoot the hoop he has to kiss you. Jungkook believed he would find the one like the movies that after going through some sort of trial together, he would appear in front of you with some gesture of his love. Like in the old movies where the guy holds a boombox above his head and plays your favourite song. Or buying you your favourite flowers or hiring a park to light up with fairy lights so he can propose.

But after your fight he was miserable he did something bad and he couldn’t even face you to apologise. He got a text from tae telling him to meet him at the Internet cafe. It was where the two of you had met, when he found out you were the mage who beat his champion in the game.

When he arrived the power was out and he saw you dressed as your mage character. Standing alone in the room, “Jungkook, I know you didn’t mean what you did as even I am not without faults but, I um love you and I wanted to ask you a question. All the computers showed the same screen, with the words ‘Will you marry me?’

A/n: I’m horrible at fluff tbh, I had to look at cute pictures of animals to get this right. Also like, why are baby-owls and otters so adorable? I die.

While reading try listening to Ed Sheeran’s “How Would You Feel”. - I mainly used this as a kind of prompt so yeah, that’s what.

When Taehyung was 5 years old a new family moved in next to him and his parents. A married couple with a 3 year old girl. She always wore colorful dresses and had her hair in to braids framing her face. Taehyung and Y/n became best friends from their very first meeting; once some guys made fun of Taehyung's hair and she walked over and kicked one of them in the shin screaming for them to get away from your neighbor. The boys got scared and ran away. Taehyung and Y/n laughed at them and he invited her to his house. They spent the day talking about how her parents had divorced and she had moved with her mom, Taehyung held her smaller body as she cried and since then she decided she always wanted to be with him.

When Taehyung was a teenager his father told him to find the very best girl. Taehyung curiously asked how he would know she was the very best and his father simply said “I foyu can spend the rest of your life falling deeper in love with her, she’s the one” Taehyung couldn’t help but think of Y/n and how she always seemed to be eating those skittles that she only ever shared with him and none of her other friends.

When he went to Seoul to become a singer they lost contact for two years before Y/n graduated and went to University in Seoul. When they met again it was as if nothing had changed except Taehyung noticed Y/n had gotten more mature, her  hair was longer and she always wore tight fitting dresses whenever they went out. Y/n had noticed his shoulders had gotten broader and he was tall. He had gotten more confident and carried himself differently. He was still her best friends Taehyung though and It didn’t take long until they saw each other at least once a week and the rest of Bangtan loved her. She was one of them.

To be honest, you hadn’t been surprised when you got Taehyung’s text asking to come over at almost 3 am. He had just returned from tour and probably needed a break from being around the boys all the time. You were used to it by now. Whenever he needed a break from being famous, he would show up at your place whether you were there or not. Simply making himself at home. You knew him before he became a trainee - you had been neighbors back in Daegu, had basically grown up together.

Once he got drunk when he was over - the boys barely drink, so he’s kind of a lightweight - he had told you, you felt like home. He would meet up with you if talking over the phone with his family wasn’t enough. You would get drunk together, cuddled up in blankets, surrounded by pillows and fairy lights on the rooftop of your apartments complex. Talking about memories from your hometown while staring at the stars of the night sky. You texted Taehyung to just let himself in and went back to sleep.

Taehyung let himself into your apartment, locking it after himself and taking off his shoes. He was dressed in sweats and probably looked like something the cat dragged in because he couldn’t sleep on the plane. He shuffled into your bedroom and felt himself relax the second he laid eyes on your sleeping form. Usually you would lie spread out in the middle of the bed but you were lying on the left side having made plenty og space for Taehyung on the right.

His side.

He smiled and crawled under the duvet, snaking his arms around your waist and pulling you into his chest and breathing in your scent. You smelt like those sour skittles you always eat and Taehyung sighed contented before he too, drifted off to sleep.

The sun filtered through the blinds and landed on your skin. Your eyes fluttered softly before opening and taking in your surroundings. You came face to face with a sleeping Taehyung. His lashes resting on his cheekbones and his plump lips slightly parted. He looked absolutely breathtaking and you had to blink a few times to convince yourself he was real.

You would pinched yourself but Taehyung was hugging you tightly to his frame and you didn’t dare move, in fear that it would awaken him. Instead you snuggled closer, breathing in his scent and closing your eyes to fall back asleep.

Taehyung woke up with a mouth filled with hair and a small body pressed against his own, he almost panicked if it wasn’t for the smell of sour skittles reaching his nostrils. He smiled and looked behind him to see your arms and legs wrapped around him, you cheeks squished against his shoulder blade.

He let out a huff of laughter before turning around to look at your sleeping form. It didn’t last long until he became impatient though and started touching you. He let his fingers skim lightly up your bare arm, over your shoulder to your jawline, pulling a strand of hair behind your ear. Your nose scrunched up cutely before your eyes fluttered open and he was met with an annoyed glare that soon turned into a cute grin. Taehyung looked back at you with his boxy smile and laughed.

“Morning” you muttered, shifting away from him and trying to get up. Taehyung wouldn’t have any of that though, he caught your wrist and pulled you back into him. You let out a surprised yelp before smacking his chest playfully “Tae, stop I want coffee” he just grabbed the back of your thigh and draped your leg over his hip so you were flush against him. He let his hand drag up your thigh over the curve of your hip and under your sleep shirt. He let his palm rest flatly against the small of your back. You looked curiously into his eyes before raising your brow slightly and placing your hands on his chest. Taehyung looked thoughtful, opening and closing his mouth a few times before speaking “how would you feel…” he began and avoided your eyes looking for his words. You relaxed your body, sliding your hand to his upper arm so that you could gently rub small circles into his skin. It seemed to work because he smiled slightly and leaned in closer

“how would you feel, if I told you I love you?”

he asked and you could see a slight blush creep up his neck and dust the apple of his cheeks. You searched his face for any sign of mischief but when you saw nothing you closed the distance between the two of you pressing your lips against his. They were soft and slightly chapped.

Taehyung smiled into the kiss before reciprocating letting his body completely cover you as he rolled you onto your back so he could fit between your legs,hugging you closer while peppering kisses all over your face. You mouth tasted like sour skittles, no matter what else you ate and how many times you brushed your teeth, that very same taste and smell would always linger around you.

Taehyung loved it.
