Ohoho someone sounds smitten! ;D But yes, INDEED?? We get an early manga reveal dropped on us completely outta NOWHERE. (Murata WUT?!) Whatever I was expecting for the next manga update, it was certainly not THAT!

We already had the webcomic design revealed in Tatsumaki’s flashback (expected way later in the continuity) and saw the brief manga tease during the EC fight, but this???? Right now...er, for real? Already??

Wha- the chonky size built like a brick? The large shoulder pads? The super/power suit??? The center emblem with his hero name on it? The...hairy sideburns/beard/eyebrows??? (Looking like a much older/middle-prime-aged man than how he appeared in the wc.) Wut wutwut! Aside from already getting a tease of his hairstyle from behind, Murata’s currently taken a lot more of those design liberties perhaps!

But I also certainly didn’t expect the surprise character link with Sweet Mask here either! :O Wild mass guessing now, but perhaps -Beauto- was saved by Blast when he was still a regular human citizen, when no one else would give him notice or a hand in help because of his looks, and from there he knew/learned what it took to be a ‘real hero.’ His ideal to strive for, right there. (It seems it’s not only Tatsumaki who Blast similarly inspired...) But also how Iaian now, of all heroes present there (the good reassuring lad that he is), happened to spark those memories while Sweet Mask was having uh...an internal crisis. Like ‘whoa, easy man, EASY! Control those dark impulses! D:’ But those familiar words reaching out to him were enough to snap him back to reality/reason, grounding and reminding Sweet Mask of his...origin, in essence. Oh, that is very interesting (and completely unexpected) to see!
