If you’ve got coworkers you can’t stand, he gives them silent glares- he knows the names of all your friends at work (those you’ve told him) and he’s a perfect gentleman while he visits you on your breaks (if you have them). The coworkers that are kind to you tease you incessantly once he leaves.- And of course, he doesn’t actually go on his way before giving a soft kiss to your cheek that has you melting into a puddle on the floor. Work? What’s that?

If you have trouble falling asleep…

Yagi just gently pulling you against his Form, enveloping you in his presence and murmuring sweet nothings into your ear, talking softly with you if you need/want it… Kissing your forehead as you drift off to sleep, finding videos or audio that helps you rest more comfortably. Waking up in his arms, to his precious smile after the first good night’s rest you’ve had in a g e s. If you’re a morning person, making breakfast together- if you’re not, hearing a hushed ‘I’ll be right back’ before he leaves the bed and your warmth to go make you breakfast in bed.

Good God, this man will do everything to make sure you rest well~……

A few headcanons concerning my take on Yagi (for the sake of both my sanity and because I have thoughts™). Inspired by this post by principled-uncertainty. ^^ And for those wondering, yes the image above is mine- I edited it, but have fun if you use it!

I know not everyone is okay sharing Toshi, so any imagines that specifically reference my SI, Fin, will be yellow.

The guy doesn't really go to coffee shops for actual coffee, anymore.

His favorite tea/coffee shop is 'Tea Leaf's Heart', which specializes mostly in tea, but does offer coffee as well. His favorite from their menu is Chamomile's Embrace, with a soft banana-rice pudding (with some ground cinnamon atop it as a garnish) to accompany the tea.

Prior to his injury/first major fight with AfO, Yagi loved drinking peppermint coffee (yep, the seasonal drink)- but he can't really get away with that anymore.

His favorite flower is the nemophila.

This is more based on his holiday story from MHAPU (the app), but he is a mega fan of superhero films- especially when it ends on a happy note.

While he wishes to, Yagi doesn't live on Yakushima Island- but he does visit it yearly (post-retirement) to calm down from time to time. If he stayed more than a few days, then the island would be overrun by his fans trying to catch a glimpse of him... So he never stays more than two nights, and even then, he tries to be as discreet as someone of his fame can be.

He wasn't that big of a gamer or anything of a similar nature until he met Fin, who introduced him to a variety of games they personally loved.

Yagi and Fin both ended up improving each other's social lives- these days, they go out bowling/to karaoke every now and again. Yagi still doesn't think he's the best singer, but getting a kiss and compliment from Fin every time makes it more than worth the red that burns across his face during..

While his biggest collection is probably his own merchandise as a Hero (and his previous costumes), Yagi also finds joy in collecting mugs.- The sillier the phrase on it, the better.

Yagi tends to feel embarrassed/ashamed each time he coughs up blood- a reminder of his biggest loss in his life. However, it was- quite the surprise and shock to him when his spouse admitted to liking the taste of blood...he's not as embarrassed/ashamed about it behind closed doors, any more.

His favorite color? It's yellow.

I see Toshi as not being against nearly any pets (save maybe snakes), but he personally favors dogs!

He's the kind of lover who sees his beloved eyeing something they can't afford, and bang the next day, he's showing up to their place with it in his arms. He just couldn't stand to see something beyond his Love's reach~.

In terms of public places he likes hanging out at...parks, actually. They're a bit more quiet and calm in his mind, so he likes parks better than going to malls/shopping districts, entertainment centers, so on and so forth.

Yagi wasn't really a big football fan, despite living in America for a few years.

He is, however, a major tennis fan.

I am absolutely shit at cooking, but I do love the thought of trying to cook for Toshi. Like- this guy has done so much??? For all of Earth??? I just want to do a little for him in return, stars.--- But it'd have to be something so simple/insanely hard to fuck up because, like I said, I am shit at cooking.

Begging him to be honest as I hand him whatever disaster I made (most likely soup since he has no stomach) and just internally screeching.

At least I'd actually eat three meals a day, because I'd be so intent on making sure Toshi got his 6-8 small meals (part of having no stomach- more meals but smaller sizes since rest of the digestive tract can't handle a ton at once..), and he'd undoubtedly notice that I barely eat sometimes in turn. Absolute pair of disasters looking out for each other to the point we would somehow be improving each other. Glorious,

To fall asleep with Toshi… Even though my period’s begun and it’s being a bitch, to have his arm lovingly stretched over my shoulders, his chin pressing ever-so-softly into my hair, a free hand on the hot water bottle that keeps the pain temporarily at bay… Hot breath fanning across my head, murmuring stories from work as I drift off, for once not in pain from Mother Nature’s curse…

Time to go to work with the knowledge that I can come home to a hot bath with precious man after.

On bad days, I really love the thought of just hugging this man, burying my face in his chest and thinking of how safe I'd feel as his arms wrapped around me. Hearing the soft woosh of his one lung, careful not to press too hard on his injured side, feeling his hair fringes brush against the top of my head and then my shirt's back as he leans down to press his face into my hair.

We'll separate eventually... But right now, we could both use a hug.

Okay but,---

Fin's steps are so damn quiet, the only reason they never shock Yagi when they walk up behind him is because he's spent years on the battlefield, so he can just sense whenever his small spouse is getting near. He turns and swoops them into a lil kiss, effectively lifting them off the floor as he proceeds to litter their face with kisses. Fin can't stop giggling and Yagi's chuckling softly as he showers them in affection.
