He's been waiting at the airlock for ten minutes, out of the way so people could move around freely- it was a period of high traffic, one of those hours where it felt like so many people were disembarking onto the station that it'd tip sideways. But thus far, he hadn't seen the person he was waiting for.

"Eiche!" Julian jogged towards the ecers, smile as blinding as the sun as he threw his arms around Eiche and held him tightly. "It's been months!" Not accusatory, more being dramatic at the separation. "I hope things went well? I know you weren't negotiating with particularly pleasant people, but hopefully things stayed diplomatic."
