little nami ask? headcannon? for a change

but i was thinking about nami who gets slightly more vulnerable? emotional? during her period. it's so little that she doesn't even notice but everyone else notice (bc they're just. so aware of each other atp) how she looks a little sadder (she's thinking a lot more about vivi😔) or how her screaming after the boys is not as loud as usual. and they're all being sweeter to her. like sanji making even more sweet drinks and treats or robin brushing her hair and doing all of her hair care at night or luffy sharing a bit of his food with her

When Nami's on her period she gets overly emotional and she doesn't want the others to notice, but she's still wayyy softer than what she usually is. Luffy gets a bit too worried because he thinks Nami is genuinely sick when she doesn't yell at him and just does nothing with his usual shenanigans. Like, he expects her to hit him and she does... Nothing? It's a bit weird. So he gets worried. Robin or Sanji then tell him what's going on and he just makes an effort not to bother her while she goes through this, even sharing her food with her. I like to think Zoro's like a cat and he doesn't say anything but whenever Nami is on her period he just stays close to her and watches over her all the time. Brook plays softer songs. Franky tries not to be loud. Usopp takes his duty as her knight a little bit too seriously and keeps telling the boys not to get close to her bc they'll stress her out. Chopper brings her medicine and always cuddles with her. Jinbe doesn't really know what to do because he's still getting used to the crew's dynamics, but he picks up Nami whenever she needs to walk but she's in a lot of pain to do it. When she's really sad about Vivi (and they know it's because of Vivi) Robin brushes her hair and lets her talk and talk about her. She's so sensitive that she sees Sanji cooking and she desperately needs a hug, so she just goes and hugs him and he leaves what he was doing behind for a while to hug her back and let her cry because she's just overwhelmed for no reason.

Then she goes back to normal after a few days and starts yelling even louder than usual and Luffy couldn't be happier because, even if he's frightened of her sometimes, she looks happier. He hugs her even when she's in the middle of yelling at him.
