💚 I have 4+ hours in this game, def not bc I don't like it on the contrary if I not regulate my time I might end up not doing any work😂 Anyway it might take way longer than I thought to finish this game, but thats all good I'd like to take my time with this game. Unlike totk that I'm gonna have to play before the internet spoils it haahah hah ah

also a disclaimer I love genshin a lot and I know people think you are incapable of loving both zelda and genshin but that seems dumb, clearly genshin was trying to hop on the botw hype train but we've had great games that copy others with a spin. I can talk for hours about the differences but I will tho point out the ridiculousness of the similarities for my own enjoyment. No hate for either, unless i loose my 50/50 to diluc....again.

A/N: tumblr won’t let me post icons so here’s some dumb headcanons about working at kfc with noelle & diluc. this is based off the new event/collab genshin is doing with kfc. I hope y’all enjoy this beautiful mess. also idk how fast food restaurants work in china so i’m just basing everything off like how it is done in america. & ofc there’s gonna be some romance bc im a whore for work relationship troupes

summary: how your days working with noelle & diluc would probably go if you all worked at kfc together

DILUC:

You two worked the cash registers together

There was a lot of bickering between you two

Diluc was telling you to do your job better and constantly critiquing everything

And you were throwing insults at him and constantly trying to screw him  up whenever he was taking orders

Which usually caused even-worse insults from the tall red-head

Of course, despite this mutual bickering to each other, you both would consider each other friends

After all, you had been working at the same post together for months

So eventually you two had to learn how to be nice to each other

Jean, the manager, would often make you two stay late and clean up

So, you’re late-night cleaning sessions of the fast food joint had turned into mini-dance sessions and concerts with each other

It was one of the only times you ever saw Diluc so unwound and actually smiling

Though, the next day it would return to his usual asshole-ness

But it would only be a matter of hours before he would be a completely different person

You two definitely had fucked at some point in your work careers

It was most likely in the cleaning supply closet when you both were staying late “cleaning” again

After all, he just couldn’t help how attractive you looked carelessly dancing and singing along to whatever pop song was playing at the time

After that, all of your co-workers had noticed how close you two had become

Jean had known her job was done and eventually relinquished your guys’ late-night cleaning duties

But you and Diluc decided to stay late every night anyway 

NOELLE:

Noelle worked as one of the day-time janitors and you were one of the cooks

However, if there was nothing else to clean up front, she would come back and clean the kitchen or help you prepare the meals

So, of course you two would often bump into each other

Though, you two rarely ever talked during the work days unless it was something simple like “hi” or you asking Noelle to help you with something

However, on really slow days you and Noelle would often sit up in the dining area and just talk about some of the most random things

You two had found a comforting friend in one and another

Occasionally, you would help her out with the cleaning if it was close to your shift ending and the other cooks were starting to come in

Over the months, Noelle and yourself had created many inside jokes with each other during your sessions sitting in the dining area on slow days

So occasionally one of you would say something & it would end in a laughing fit between you two

Causing many odd looks from your co-workers and patrons eating at your fast food restaurant

You two hadn’t realized that you two had grown feelings for each other until Lisa and Kaeya had kept teasing you guys

 Still, you two would just act like its nothing and keep talking to each other like it was nothing

After all, Noelle was dedicated to her job and her goal was to eventually become the manager

She couldn’t let a relationship prevent her from doing just that

And you were just trying to earn enough money to help pay for college and support yourself

You weren’t ever planning to stay at this job forever

So you two had just continued to steal glances at each other during your work days when you two weren’t conversing with each other

Neither one of you made a plan to confess or even drop hints about your feelings

Kaeya and Lisa wanted to stick their heads into the boiling frying pan after seeing you two do nothing about your obvious tension with each other

Maybe someday you both would choose real relationships over your jobs
