~Cherry Bomb~
Heey, this is my first time posting on here, but surely it won't be the last one. This is the prologue of a long fic (if my adhd cooperates) that takes place in the Stranger Things universe. It's an enemies to lovers type thing, I guess. I don't know. I'm not sure yet.
Tumblr media
I would do a little more elaborate introduction for it but I'm too excited to post and also I suck at that, so without further delay, I hope you enjoy it. Don't be sacred to drop your opinion and let me know what you think. *internal fangirling*
Ps: English is like my third language, so if I made any mistake, please bear with me *anxiety kicks in*. Feel free to correct me tho.

Prologue.
I can feel his stare from across the room, deep blue eyes scanning me up and down. I try to ignore it, occupying myself with whatever irrelevant task I could find. Right now, I am counting coins at the cash register, I can feel how he approaches the front desk at the store. I ignore it. I always do. Every time he comes into the store with his flirty Iines trying to get on my nerves, I just ignore it, act like he's not there. He does that just to piss me off. Today was an oddly nice day, I got to work on time, my coworkers weren't as annoying as usual, and the customers apparently decided to be nice for a day. But I guess you can't have it all.
By the time he's standing just a few steps from me, I'm done with the pennies, so now I have no other excuse to not pay attention to him. Even though I'm not looking at him, I know his eyes are drilling holes into the side of my face. The crinkle of the chip bags he took fills up my ears when he places them on the counter, I force myself to look at him and plaster a polite smile on my face. Dude's a douche, but I ain't risking my job. Wouldn't be the first time I get yelled at because I wasn't "nice enough" to a customer. Quite the coincidence that every time my supervisor had that conversation with me, the customer was him.
He smiles in return, a smug grin that puts his white teeth on display. I have to fight against the urge to roll my eyes at him.
I take the products he chose and scan them through the register, a few bags of chips and four cans of beer.
–Will that be all?- I say, looking back up at him. He just nods. I take a plastic bag to put the groceries in it, thinking that maybe this time I won't have to put up with his bullshit.
–Although...-and there it is, let's see what he comes up with this time.–I would like to know if there is a way I could take you too.‐ a shit-eating grin spreads across his face. I cringe. I cringe so hard that it's nearly impossible for me to avoid wrinkling my nose slightly. Where does he get his pickup lines from? How the hell does he manage to have so many girls obsessed with him?
I look at him unamused.
–12'50, please.- I say unfazed, which is surprising. Usually I would get pissed off. He chuckles, making the blonde curl falling on his forehead bounce.
–Are you ever gonna stop playing hard to get?- He asks, handing me a twenty dollar bill.
–You can't call it playing when I'm not interested in the game.- my hand stretched out, waiting for him to take the change.
–Such a smart mouth.- he mutters under his breath, amused. Before he could say anything else, the shop's door opens, and Tommy H.'s head peaks through.
–Hargrove dude, are you coming or what?- the redhead rushes the blue-eyed boy who just grabs his things and starts walking towards the exit. Before leaving the store he gives me one last glance, shit-eating grin plastered on his face again.
A sigh escapes my lips once he's out of sight. I take a quick look at the clock, 9:20 pm. Lazily, I make my way to the door and flip the sign hanging on it from "Open" to "Closed", and I go about my closing routine. Fifteen minutes later I'm outside locking the store and turning on the security alarm.
My name's Vex by the way, I have no idea how I ended up in this town. Born and raised in Kansas, I've travelled a lot through the country. Once I moved out of my parents' house, I was determined to explore as much as I could. I left at eighteen, I'm not gonna lie, it was hard, I had two hundred bucks in my pocket and my rusty car. I would sleep in it for most of the nights, not really a huge fan of hotels, too expensive even though i always managed to have a temporary job. Often I would only have one meal a day as I couldn't afford more, but I don't regret it one bit. I had to get out of there. Every passing day in that house would suffocate me more and more. I mean, I love my parents, but their relationship has gotten way too toxic over the years. As I grew up, their fights got more intense and aggressive. They were both right and wrong at the same time, but they are both stubborn and would never sit down and have a real conversation. My dad was too caught up in work, the only thing he could talk about. And my mom had pent-up anger from seeing how her husband would get more and more distant. He's not a bad man, he's trying his best, but he wasn't raised in a loving household, so the only way known to him of showing love and affection is working his ass off and taking care of the family. My mom, on the other hand, is a bit more affectionate, she would take care of every little detail to make us happy. Always a step ahead, before you could open your mouth to say anything, she was already there giving you exactly what you wanted. But she's also prideful and, as I said, stubborn as she is. And she has a really bad temper, something that I got from her, that's how the fights and arguments would start. She got mad, started yelling, my dad would follow and, well, you know the rest.
I grew sick of it, hearing them screaming hurtful things to each other, so one day I packed up my things and left.
I stumbled across this small town in Indiana, Hawkins. I was on my way to Michigan from Illinois, I'd decided to take a couple of weeks to get some rest since I had been driving all the way from Wisconsin without taking a break.
My plan was to park my car for a few days, get a full night of sleep or two, and get some food for the road, but then I met Eddie. And that motherfucker tangled me so good that...well here I am, it's been almost a year since then.
We met at a comic shop, we were fighting over the last copy of our favorite comic. We eventually got kicked out, and somehow we ended up in a bar having drinks and talking about life like we'd known each other for a lifetime.
Slowly, what started out as a two-week break turned into empty promises to myself at the beginning of every week that I would be hitting the road by the next Monday. Next thing I knew Eddie was helping me settle down here. I must say, he did chew my ear off about staying here.
Eddie lives in a trailer park, the first days I would crash there for the night. It was more comfortable than the backseat of my car anyway.
Slowly but surely my cash started to melt away, which was just another reason for Eddie to try and convince me to stay, at least for a little while. I tried to talk him into coming with me, I'd been travelling alone for a really long time and I actually enjoyed his company. But the fucker would always turn the tables on me and end up talking to me about the pros of staying here.
Now listen, I have to admit that this town has something to it, and it really started to grow on me. It is quiet and peaceful, but yet it still can creep the shit out of you.
After two months or so I got a job, and shortly after that I had my own roulotte parked right next to Eddie's. Well it wasn't actually my own, it was a rental, but you get the point.
And, well, pretty much that's it. Now here I am, cigarette hanging from my lips, dragging my feet as I arrive home. I take a quick look at Eddie's trailer, lights on, he's home.
I manage to open the door to my wheeled house, I throw the cigarette butt before I make my way in, and as soon as I set foot inside, my entire body deflates and I throw myself on the bed.
I close my eyes letting myself drift off to sleep, my stomach growls, but I'm too tired to even think about eating right now. I can feel my body sinking on the mattress as every muscle relaxes.
–Yoo shithead!- my eyes pop open in a split second as I recognize the voice. I groan, turning on my side, my heavy eyes shutting again. I hear how he knocks on my door.–I know you're thereee.-he sings. I groan once again, knowing damn well that if I don't open, he's not gonna shut up.
I get off the bed and make my way to the door, flipping it open, finding the long-haired boy standing there with a smile on his face.
–You hungry?- he lifts two paper bags, one in each hand. This dork... I try to put an annoyed look on my face, but he doesn't buy it, so I decide to just move to make room for him.
–Come in you shitbird.- a laugh threatens to come out of my mouth but I push my lips together, taking advantage of the fact that he can't see me.
He lets himself fall on the small couch in my "living room" placing the bags on the coffee table in front of him. Lazily, I walk over to him and sit on the other end of the couch, propping my feet on his legs.
–So- he says, taking one of the bags and placing it on my lap.- Got any plans for tonight?.- he asks. I've already taken out the hot cheeseburger from my bag. I'm starving so bad that only the smell has my mouth watering.
–Sleeping.-I say, unwrapping the sandwich.
–Nuh-uh.- he places a fry in his mouth.- What are you? 80 or something?- each word between chews, a frown on his forehead in disappointment.
–What I am is tired as fuck.- My mouth full from the bite I just took.
–Woman!-he suddenly shouts, I look at him unfazed, still chewing on my food. He gets up, letting my feet fall off his legs.- It's Friday night.- he walks dramatically until he places himself right in front of the table.
–So?- I speak with my mouth full again.
–So?!- he looks hysterical, this time he gets closer to me, crouches beside me in front of the couch, letting all his weight fall on his right knee.–I think you ignore the major events that are about to go down later tonight.- This time he speaks lower, looking dead into my eyes for dramatic effect. I laugh, getting up from my seat and walking to the fridge.
–Care to enlighten me?- my eyes fall on him for a second before I turn my head to look at the fridge. He runs up to me.
–Tonight is the night where HISTORY is gonna be made in Hawkins.- He's talking on my left side, close to my face, while fidgeting like crazy. Then he shifts to my right side, two inches away from my cheek while I bend over to take a better look in the fridge.–TONIGHT...-I flinch a little since he's shouting straight in my ear– Tonight there's gonna be light and fireworks thrown upon this shithole of a town.- i finally find a can of coke in the back of the bottom shelf.– Tonight Hawkins is gonna learn what REAL ART is.- I make my way back to my couch, he's still following me not stopping his speech. There's no point in trying to stop him, he likes being theatrical. I open the can, taking a sip from it.–Tonight Vex...-and he's crouching again in front of me, one hand laying on top of each of my knees, his face inches away from mine. He makes a pause to emphasize.–Tonight we're in for the show...-his left hand flies behind him, smirk on his face and a brow arched.–...of our FUCKING LIVES.- He shouts at the top of his lugs, i flinch as a drop of spit hits my left cheekbone. The hand that was hidden just a couple of seconds ago is now a few inches of my face holding two pieces of paper. I squint a little bit, focusing on reading them. Judas Priest. My eyes widen as my brain assimilates the words, and I choke on my coke.
–SHUT UP.- I stand up.–How the fuck?! They were sold out weeks ago! –Suddenly adrenaline takes over wiping away any need of sleep that I had. He stands up, nodding like crazy.
–Yeah baby!‐ his face is adorned with a wide, bright smile.
–But how did you manage to get the tickets?!- He laughs, his right hand flips his long hair over his shoulder to the back.
–I have good connections.- he says, full of pride.
– Connections?- My voice mocking, a smirk tugging at my lips. He looks at me and rolls his eyes.
–Okay, there's this guy I used to sell weed to. He owes me a shit ton of money, heard he got his hands on a couple tickets. So now he's free of debts.- he shrugs and then lets his body fall on my bed.–So, you coming or...what?
A smile starting to form on my lips and he mirrors me.
–You bet your ass I'm going.
–So go get dressed then, shitface!- He shouts one more time.

The Arrangement -Pt3
Tumblr media
Summary:: You’ve never imagined yourself being a sugar baby but because of some playful friends and a stroke of luck, you find yourself with a man who is apparently willing to give you the moon and stars. The only problem is, no strings attached. Don’t catch feelings, don’t fall for a man who thinks money can solve all your issues and doesn’t want commitment.
Warnings: None this chapter. Sensitive issues, Eventual Smut, Cursing.
Pairing: Yoongi x Reader
Note: I decided to take a bit of a different path with this story to give it more of a plot rather than pure SugaDaddy filth. Lol also it's late so forgive any typos. Please let me know if it's worth continuing.
Tumblr media
Dropping your phone into your lap, you gave a sideways glance to the man sitting in the driver's seat. You were a fidgeting wreck and he just say there looking as cool and laid back as he did in the coffee shop. You bit down on your lower lip and started wondering what the hell you were doing! Getting into a strangers car and not even knowing his real name.
The only comfort you found was that if he did take you somewhere and murder you was that your friend had seen his face and could identify him in a line up if possible. Of course you prayed silently that wouldn't happen. This just wasn't like you. Doing something so reckless and daring.
You watched as he held the steering wheel in one hand while the other sat idly on the center console near your coffee cup.
He was a very handsome man and normally guys this good looking never glanced your way. It wasn't that you weren't attractive, Hell you knew you were more okay on the looks scale, but in a cute way. You didn't want to put yourself on a beautiful spectrum, like what you pictured a man like him to be interested in. Your confidence kept you from really shinning. Even if you were good looking you thought there were much more beautiful women, at least in a classy way. You could barely walk in heels without stumbling and he was planning on taking you to a fancy party. The more you thought about it the worse your nerves got.
In an attempt to rest your fidgeting hands, you reached for your coffee cup but ended up grabbing his hand. You instantly gasped and jerked your hand back, a horrified look on your face. "I'm sorry..."
He just let out a soft chuckle and sent you a quick glance before reaching over to grab your hand again. "All you had to do was ask." He teased you with a playful smirk.
Your nose wrinkled as you tried to wiggle your hand from his. "I was going for my cup." You snorted.
"Aw, too bad. Here I thought you were warming up to me." He continued to tease you before pulling his hand away from yours to pick up your coffee cup, offering it over to you.
Gulping, you took your cup from him, your fingers brushing over his. "T-Thanks." You muttered before sipping nervously on your drink.
"Relax, Y/N. I'm not gonna do anything. We're almost to the office." Suga gave you a comforting smile, of course it didn't help calm your nerves. In fact, it actually made you even more nervous.
Nodding, you turned your gaze out of the tinted car window and watched as the buildings grew larger and larger. You recognized this part of town as the heavy business and cooperation district. All the best places to work were right in this area along with the most expensive shops in the whole city. You could work for years while saving every penny and never even afford a pair of sunglasses from these places. They were mainly for catering to the rich and elite.
You felt your mouth practically water at the sight of a Gucci store you were passing by. Suga even glanced over in time to see your eyes widen with excitement just looking through the window at the high priced clothing that was displayed. "You like Gucci?" He asked with a sly smirk.
Your cheeks reddened and your gaze dropped back down to your coffee cup. "I guess, I've never even looked at Gucci anything." You lied and let out a nervous chuckle before glancing over at him. Of course you were no gonna tell this man that you had a wish list on the Gucci site with sunglasses, bags, jackets, all kinds of clothing. Of course they were just shopping fantasies that you'd never fulfil but he didn't need to know that.
Suga just nodded slowly and turned his gaze back to the road before veering off into a large parking deck. He quickly whipped his car into a first out parking spot where the signed read 'Reserved for Min Yoongi'. Your jaw nearly hit the floor. This couldn't possibly be Min Yoongi, the CEO of the largest entertainment industry in the world. All the best solo artists, rappers, dance groups, music groups, rock bands, even top actresses and actors in the world had contracts with Bangtan Entertainment. Their company was international and the fastest growing corporation in the world!
"No. Fucking. Way." You spoke slowly before snapping your gaze over to the young man sitting next to you. "There's no way you are /THE/ Min Yoongi. You're just parking here to fuck with me aren't you?"
Suga laughed while unblocking his seatbelt. "Why is it so hard to believe?"
"Because you're too young to be a CEO!" You huffed as you both exited the car.
"You think just because I'm young I can't be successful? I worked my ass off to get this far, baby girl." He arched a brow while leaning on the roof of his car, his dark eyes peering over at you.
You could tell you must have offended him or at least upset him by your outburst. "I didn't mean anything by it." You raised your hands in defense. "I just...I can't believe I was in the car with the most successful man in Seoul. I just always picture CEOs as older men is all."
The smile soon returned to Suga's face as he motioned for you to follow him towards the parking deck elevator thst lead into the lobby of the building. "You really gotta stop with the stereotypes, Y/N."
You let out a small sigh and nodded, you had stereotyped the sugar daddies and now CEOs all in one day. "I know, but at least now I have a lot more respect for you." You admitted as you stepped into the elevator with Suga. Watching him carefully as he pressed the lobby button.
Suga seemed surprised by your sudden confession, thrown off by the randomness of it. "Why is that?"
Shrugging your shoulders, you kept your eyes on him as the doors shut behind you. "You started this industry in a beat up garage with nothing but a lap top and some faulty software. Now look at it."
"You seem to know a lot about me but didn't seem to recognize me." He pointed out, his eyes never leaving yours. You were just full of surprises and the longer he spoke to you, the more interested in you he was becoming.
"I was cleaning my apartment one day while listening to the radio. Something about your company was on the news, I just remember hearing the backstory is all." You explained. "For some reason I can retain useless information in my mind but at the same time I can't remember what I had for breakfast."
The last bit made Suga laugh as he took your hand to lead you through the lobby to yet another elevator. This one however he swiped a badge through the reader causing the doors to open. "This is the CEO elevator. It takes you straight to my office floor and the penthouse. If you sign the contract you'll be given full access to the penthouse suite, the executive lounge, my office, and the indoor pool that's on the same floor as the penthouse. The only room on my floor that'll be restricted is my studio. Only I have the badge for that. If I'm in there all I ask is that you leave me be. Once I'm in the zone I don't like to be disturbed."
Your eyes once again went wide as he spoke. He really did have everything. Even If you signed the contract with him you wouldn't care if stayed in his studio for days. It was only a week after all, how much time would you be spending here? However the thought of using an indoor pool sweetened the deal. You always loved to swim but couldn't afford a gym membership that had its own pool. "Are you a workaholic?"
"My employees say so. I just like working. Busting my ass is what paid for this building." He shrugged while leaning back against the shinny metal wall of the elevator.
"You truly are something else, CEO, Min Yoongi." You smiled while turning your eyes towards the doors, watching above the door as the floor numbers ticked by slowly.
You could feel Suga's eyes on you and a part of you wondered what was going through his mind at the moment.
Inside Suga's mind, he found himself at a loss. You were definitely different from the other girls he had brought here. Most would be fangirling and squealing at the thought of being on his arm for even a moment. Most tried to use him as a quick claim to fame route only to be shot down the moment they realized they couldn't name drop. He almost wondered how you would react to seeing the clause in the contract that forbid you to use his name in public for personal gain unless suffer intense legal actions. Would you even care? Hell, you rejected his offer at first so he didn't see you as a get rich quick kinda girl which, to be honest, felt refreshing. However he wouldn't know your true intentions until you read over the contract.
It didn't take long for the elevator to reach his floor. The doors swung open and he held out an arm for you, politely gesturing for you to exit.
Taking a soft breath, you stepped into the penthouse office and gasped at the size of it. There were many doors leading off into, what you assumed, were other offices. In the middle of the room sat a large wooden desk where a young lady sat busily typing away at her computer.
The lady glanced up with a large smile when she saw her boss step off the elevator. Immediately, she jumped up and rushed around the front of the desk, bowing deeply towards the two of you. "Welcome back, sir. Good afternoon, ma'am. Welcome to Bangtan Entertainment Industries. My name is Kim Seoyoon."
You bowed back to the young lady, very impressed by her manners. "Pleasure to meet you Seoyoon, I'm Y/L/N, Y/F/N."
"Seoyoon, is your cousin in at the moment?" Suga asked ignoring her greeting completely, once again taking your hand in his. "I need him to bring me Arrangement Contract and come to my office."
Seoyoon quickly looked up and gave you a quick glance over before smiling, of course she knew why were you here, this must not be an uncommon occurrence in this office. The thought alone made you feel very uneasy. It's just for a week! You kept telling yourself, a week and no sex. Just dates and get paid. Get paid and pay rent. "He just returned from a meeting with Taehyung. I'll call him right away, sir." She bowed again before rushing back behind her desk to grab her phone.
Nodding, Suga gently tugged your hand and lead you to the door at the back of the office. Once again he swiped his badge and pushed the door open for you. "I take it you don't like keys?" You chuckled stepping into the large open office. Inside was a large wooden desk that sat facing away from a wall of large floor to ceiling windows. The desk was made of what looked like a very heavy dark oak, behind the desk sat a very comfy looking plush leather chair with two smaller ones in front of the desk. On the desk were stacks if neatly filed documents and a large computer monitor.
The office it's self was huge, a small mini bar in the left corner, and a large couch and two matching chairs on the other side. On the wall hung a large flat screen TV that you swore had to be at least eighty inches. It was the biggest TV you had ever seen in you life.
"People can make copies of keys. The codes to the doors change constantly to prevent break ins and only people with executive badges can access this floor. Each badge holds a different code and when it's scanned it's logged into a computer system so we know who's going where. Also the executive badges have a microchip in them that constantly changes with the door codes so they are impossible to copy. Our computer technician is very on top of these things. He developed the software himself so it's near impossible to copy." Suga explained with a very casual tone as he lead you to a chair that was in front of his desk.
"That's pretty high-tech for an entertainment industry, don't you think?" Your arched a brow as Suga went a sat behind his desk, his lips curling up into a smirk. The smirk itself made you slightly uneasy. It made you even more uneasy to see how quickly Suga was to shrug off your question as if it was nothing.
"Jimin likes to create high-tech software so I let him play. Namjoon will be here shortly with the contract. I really hope after reading it over you decide to sign it. I know it feels rushed but I really do believe I can make you happy, even if it's just for a week." He smiled sweetly, placing his hands on the desk top. "I promise I'll treat you so good, babygirl and I'll never ask something of you that'll make you uncomfortable."
You were surprised at how comfortable you were around Suga...Yoongi. "Do I have to keep calling you Suga?" You asked suddenly, also taking him by surprise because he let out a soft laugh, not a chuckle but a laugh.
"No, you can call me Yoongi." He shook his head. "I have another name in mind I like to be called, but it would be inappropriate to use since we won't be having sex." He teased you with a wink. Instantly your cheeks went blood red and your eyes about shot out of your head causing his laugh to only grow louder. "It was a joke, babygirl."
You felt embarrassed at how easily flustered you got around this man. You shook your head while bringing up your hands to rub your flushed cheeks. "You're an asshole." You teased with a laugh. "I almost fell out of my chair."
Laughing, Yoongi leaned back in his seat, his casual demeanor somewhat comforting. "I could tell, you had this cute deer in headlights look on your face. "My innocent, Sugarbaby."
"I'm not your Sugar baby yet, Yoongi." You giggled before there was a knock on the door.
Yoongi licked his lips watching you with a fond gaze before giving a large gummy grin, "Lets see if we can change that." He muttered before turning his gaze to the door, "Come in!" He shouted.
