ngl, I haven't thought about it in detail BUT Jelly definitely isn't the type of gal that does the first move, and in fact-

she's a bit oblivious when it comes to advances because she's convinced she'll stay single forever LMAO

so Ghost was the one who did the first move- well actually he just went "I like this one" and pick her up and she went "o- ok then"

Right so Raven, our bird girl is a bit complicated see- she is confident enough to make the first move, but only because she's a possessive person who doesn't want anyone else to touch Price.
