yt recommended to me an outer wilds playthrough played by a physicist (his profession is advertised in the video's title). i clicked on it on a whim and this guy is not especially interesting so far (tho he's not bad), but oh my god he immediately understood all the flight controls and is perfectly using match velocity all the time and is flying his ship around no problem. he hasn't noticed that the ship has autopilot yet, and that would normally be a source of annoyance for me as the viewer bc the person playing usually sucks at flying the ship so bad. but it's not annoying at all in this playthrough because he understands how velocity works and always uses reverse thrust to brake in plenty of time. so he's not flying past or crashing into the planets he's going to. it's so great.
