It Is Finished! (minus the buttonholes and buttons)
#but i need to figure out how the buttonhole foot on my machine works#then for the real thing i need to acquire the right buttons and also some lining (not much it's mostly unlined)#lining is hard to figure out but i'm leaning towards acetate bc i don't love polyester and i don't want something too slippery#i did do the topstitching along the bottom hem a bit differently to the pattern but that was trying something#i think i'll do it properly next time (incl bc actual 49ers were like that too)#ray's photos
