I do think Patrick is the best ASMRtist out there. And I couldn't be more serious.
#it feels like he truly understands what asmr is you know?#what it is at it's core. what it's meant to be anyway#no Trying-to-be-original intro#no horribly lengthy introductions#simply a “hey guys i hope you're doing well. here's what we're going to try out today...”#no fancy equipment or doohickeys#just a guy. sitting on the floor. softly talking to you as if he's your best friend#feels like a conversation#i really like his videos#i don't watch them often since i don't listen to asmr as much as i used to but#he's pretty much the only one i listen to now#with like two others#kelly belly and Phantasm asmr#who has a bit of a similar style#i really loved Let's Try ASMR but he went on a hiatus (multiple before this. but this one seems permanent)#Sensory by Sophie is good. she's got some cool ideas#and oh my gosh-#Carm ASMR#he's amazing#the atmosphere is so so so so good#he's great too#but i listen to him even less... there has to be the right mood for it#hang on im going on a tangent aren't i-
