Currently fighting the urge to over-pack. I don't need to take all my coupons just in case for what, based off of planning and history will be a busy weekend. I don't need to pack four books and a pile of magazines. I don't need multiple shoe options (Stepping on a shard of glass obliterated that option yesterday) I don't need to take my in-progress cross-stitch. But the urge to pack all of these and more is very strong.

#mumblings #i packed an embroidery project last time I went to visit family and didn't break it out and nearly ended up with a bunch of needles escapin #sure while my sister is playing video games or watching reality shows I could theoretically be doing my cross-stitch #however I know the lighting isn't good enough #I could take all the books I have checked out from the library but will I actually read them? I didn't last time though a time before I did #It's a long train ride and there is quite a stretch with no service or wifi #But I could also take my game and play a game instead #but I shouldn't take too much because my other sister most likely will ask me to take stuff back with me that she's been holding onto for m #like my board games #So I'll need the space in my suitcase #And if I don't take my cross-stitch then I won't have a magnet in my suitcase (needle minder) and thus can put my laptop there instead #heck i have to keep talking myself out of taking my first aid kit because my sisters have one #like oh don't forget because of my foot and then I'm like wait a second they've got that stuff #the fact that every time I've visited my sisters I've injured my foot feels like something #what I don't know but last time as I helped shelve all their books I slammed my foot into a rocking chair and it took months to stop hurtin
