i forgot that i love animatics but damn are they a lot of work
#it's been weeks and i've done abt 15% of my in stars and time animatic#my palette may be monochrome but i'm still lining and colouring it all rip#i'm doing a lot of direct references/redraws to shots/moments in the game too which requires research#to make sure i'm gettin it right#but AUGH i just played the first like 8 seconds of it today (cause that's how far i have finished....)#and i was like: HELL YEAH THIS SLAPS#now for the rest.#i say animatics but there's usually a decent amnt of movement and occasionally some serious frame-by-frame animation. but usually i just do#keyframes. cause i don't actually use animation software i just draw the frames one a time and export them in parts#i need to learn animation software or smth man. but i'm still learning normalstyle drawing so
