there's something about the way arthur terrorizes billy grade with borderline sexual pleasure, because he Can do that, and how there's an intentional parallel between them and tommy and mosley/mitford, but the only time tommy and billy actually interact with each other it's tommy looking at him like 'damn what an idiot'. it's so morbidly funny to me
