me: ok how the fuck do i do bicycle things for longer than five minutes at a time without running out of breath or feeling my heart trying to glitch and noclip directly out of my chest. i need to be able to go for at least 8 minutes to get anywhere that's not Yet Another Suburban House
every recommendation on the internet: you should start with 30 minutes of activity each day at least 3 days a week! 🤗
