Personally I really love their voices. Especially Bryan Tyree Henry as Megatron. True, it's different - but it's not a bad kind of different.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a G1 fan to the end. Peter Cullen and Frank Welker are legendary. But I love the TFOne voice acting so much too. They sounded fantastic, and they played their roles really well!

It also helps if you kinda... Look at TFOne as a spinoff continuity rather than directly related to G1. After all, the designs are different and plenty was changed, so I see it as related but not the same thing.

Point is: Different doesn't always mean bad.

I'm really tired of seeing too many people complaining:

"Peter Cullen and Frank Welker are the best.", "These new Optimus and Megatron's voices actors will never be Peter and Frank!", "Chris WON'T be like Peter!"

Guys?? Of course Chris and Brian won't be like Peter and Frank, because Orion and D-16 ARE NOT Optimus and Megatron!

Orion and D-16 are younger, have inocents and differents personalities. Completely different people. How do you want that Peter Cullen and Frank Welker play characters that don't suit them?

*sighing deeply and rubbing my forehead* Please, everybody. Don't hate Chris and Brian for that. They gave us what we always wanted: a story before Optimus and Megatron.
