Forced imprisonment.
Tamlin trapped a highly sorted Feyre in a monor for a couple of hours to prevent her from following him into immediate danger that would have most likely gotten her killed. A danger she stubbornly wanted to partake in despite her disadvatage whilst opening her up to the enemy. So, in response, Tamlin made the rash choice to protect her in the only way that he could before going to protect his court that was under attack.
Rhysand trapped Prythian's Avengers (super powerful Otherworldly creature, the Morrigon and two Illyrian's who are the owners of seven siphons) for 50 years so they wouldn't get killed even though they most certainly could have helped considering their fighting experience, but Rhysand still felt the need to protect them and stripped their choice away, confined to forced imprisonment because he thought it was right in the moment.
So...how is only Tamlin in the wrong? A one-time mistake made under strained circumstances, whereas Rhysand repeated that shit twice; the second time with Nesta because her trauma was making Feyre sad - "Whomp whomp, my mate. Whomp whomp, my sister-in-law is awful and won't submit."
People truly love to pick and choose when trapping someone is appropriate. Because they love to throw the, "Tamlin locked her in the house," line like the magical barrier wouldn't have been down in a couple of hours. Maybe it would have been better if she had a shit ton a stair to descend instead?
