#i hope this looks halfway decent ive been trying to finish it over the course of the last two weeks#fogposting#hux-a7-13#hell game (dbd tag)#gabriel#<- hes there for one panel but im still tagging him he deserves it#anyway who up thinking abt the tragedy of end transmission bc every time i think abt hux i start to excuse more of his actions in my mind#like yes haha funny it wasnt supposed to harm the crew but hux being terrified and alone and lashing out in an attempt to ensure his own-#-survival (even potentially killing the only other sentient/semi-sentient cobot on the ship to do so) is like deeply sad to me#the first emotions he ever felt as a sentient creature were as follows: 'Fear. Dread. Blinding loneliness. Existential despair.'#he is motivated by his rage towards the species that created him but at the same time he was terrified of being destroyed-#-for no greater crime than being an individual in a world that would rather him be nonsentient or just dead/deactivated#he's scared :( i still want to throw rocks at him until he stops being mean but :( he was so scared and alone :(:(#like ultimately the true villain of end transmission (aside from the entity itself) is huxlee industries#for putting these people in an impossible situation in the first place and literally manufacturing human beings for labor purposes#i just think abt the what-ifs. like what if hux's sentience was discovered before he had the chance to kill anyone abt it#but instead of being terminated like he expected he's met with curiosity and benevolence-#-bc the clone crew have finally come together and realized that theyve been living a lie manufactured by huxlee itself. unionized even#end transmission good ending where the crew goes AWOL to escape dvarka and huxlee and brings hux along with them#hux is still bitchy and kind of condescending towards humanity but he's not homicidal#he's just like that one asshole coworker whos really really good at his job but you dread being on shift with bc he kinda sucks#maybe he can even give himself a flesh body but with help so he doesnt look like a walking car accident#'hux are you sure that you want to dial all your sensory organs up to maximum perception' 'of course i'm sure. proceed.'#'ok-' '01010111 01001000 01011001 00100000 01000100 01001111 00100000 01001001 00100000 01001000 01010101 01010010 01010100 01010011'#im going to put stickers on his stupid ass chassis and he will Never be able to get them off bc he dont have hands
