Evan misses a lot of things this summer. Swimming. Family cookouts. Movies. Jared's Wii. Jared.

He doesn't tell Jared he misses him, because Jared doesn't say stuff like that anymore. Instead, Evan says, "It's really weird that you're not here," and Jared says, "Yeah," and maybe that means the same thing for both of them.
