it's going to haunt me forever wondering how much more time we might've gotten with the mighty nein and how much more satisfying their finale would have been if not for the fucking pandemic
#just. saw another tweet about it and i'm big depressy again.#i haven't seen the pandemic era talks episodes yet so idk if the cast actually talks about how the pandemic is affecting the game#or if later they ever discussed it#maybe they genuinely don't believe the pandemic had anything to do with where & how they ended! maybe it all felt right to them! idk!#but even if they said that i wouldn't believe them tbh that set-up that physical distance that IRL stress on top of the campaign stress?#nah man it was a LOT#so i get ending it where & how they did i don't begrudge them needing to wrap up and take a break at all#but i'm always gonna pine for the alternate universe where covid never hit and tm9 got 300 episodes
