I’m more of a “hopeful ending” person, but for Mini Mercelot Week “angst” day, I wrote The Body Sleeping Next To Me featuring Shade Lancelot/Merlin

Do you write crossovers?

Nope--not yet at least. I would love to do a Merlin/Last Unicorn crossover fic at some point, but I haven’t planned it out or anything

Do you write smut? if so what kind?

I don’t post smut because I showed a fic to my manager once when I was seventeen and I still work there 🙈 but I do write it sometimes. I prefer to read it though

What’s your all time favorite ship?

When I asked this question aloud, my qpp said “me/making decisions. it’s a crack ship, but...” (love you 💚 @kitkatsnow)

What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

Okay so I started a fic that’s kind of...horror-esque? with a curse and some Merlin & Mordred bonding moments, and I would LOVE to see it completed, but...uhhhhhhh...uhhhmmmmm...ahhhhhhhh

What are your writing strengths? What are your writing weaknesses?

Strengths: I’d like to think it’s dialogue, humor, and character interactions?

Weaknesses: setting, setting, SETTING, like goddamn they could all be in a shoe box, idk and u certainly dk

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

It’s never come up in a fic so far, so I don’t think I have any thoughts? Except that any time Merlin calls Kilgharrah I just copy and paste from episode transcripts on the wiki and hope they’re relevant commands

What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?

Ooh, probably Merlin's Favourite, because it’s something I would read if I were browsing AO3--and also chaos-enabling Lancelot is everything
