I bought 2 new plants and some floaters. The scape is still messy but I want it to have an overgrown forested look. I still need to add a hide or two somewhere in there. Ignore the photobombing barbs
#fish tank#aquarium#i never post my escapades into fishkeeping but i've been trying to git gud at it for like 3 years.#i haven't found a fish that i really like like yet.. i tried barbs last year and i still have some barbs left but--#but i didn't like their personality much. they were not as fun to watch as the platties were and my barbs--#my barbs tended to overeat and messs up their ability to swim until they digested their food --#((which i know is overeating but at the time i had cories so i wanted to make sure they got to eat))#i had platties before the barbs and while i liked platties they started getting tumors because of the incest (i think)#so i'm kinda turned off from any livebearers for the moment ..#i wanted a honey gourami for a while so i'll try that next
