if your energy provider is sending out their bills too late to be able to pay them on time and then putting late fees on the subsequent bills every time...

#i have just realised this today because we're in a prolonged fight with them over ALSO not acknowledging 4 months of payments #and had to go through 3 different fees places (which have different numbers) to put together an account of what we owe #the answer is: idk #(but actually considering the bogus latefees I think they owe us at least 60 pounds)#THEIR: answer is over 900 pounds so you can imagine the kind of stress im in #personal #me #to delete #wild they were just getting away with this without me noticing because their system is already so g-ddamn gnarly
