i feel like ppl ship zutara mainly bc of water/fire thing + theyre both conventionally attractive to look at. bc katara literally hated zuko for the time being. she?? threatened to kill him?? not cute. even tho they came to an understanding in the end and became friends i. i just cant see them being in love?? ugh maybe im just a trash for friends 2 lovers trope which fits kataang rly well but u just dont form a healthy relationship on bad blood in past. sorry for the rant u dont have to publish.

No, I definitely agree with this.

Katara is very protective over Aang. She literally tsunamis everyone as soon as she saw Aang had fallen.

I agree that that is the entire dynamic of Zu/tara. Angst, and nothing but angst. Frankly, the possibility of Zu/tara was ruined for me in CoD when Zuko betrays her.

I mean, people may not agree with me on this, and think I’m just pushing Kataang but there’s literally only one time where Katara doesn’t seem to kiss back. Which I totally understand. Other times, she even blushes.

And Katara does threaten to kill him, and I feel like the whole Southern Raiders episode was just Zuko trying to get to Katara’s good side because Katara blames the FN, and not necessarily that he understands how she felt.
