i've never hated a writer/director like i hate mike flanagan. i think about his work for two seconds and i feel such rage the only alleviation is walking into the sea forever and ever.

#i guess steven moffat comes close but he's largely irrelevant now and everyone knows he's shit #and people who call themselves fans of horror and gothic literature think mike flanagan is a gothic horror genius #UGH even typing that out. so sick and twisted #i need to read scathing critiques of his work NOW. i need to write a 10k word scathing critique.#but i can't force myself to finish his shit television shows
