A tick bit me two months ago and since then I've been terrified to go back into the forest because I don't want to be bitten again and sick :( I hate this anxiety too like you know you're being ridiculous but you can't help it :(((((((
@cinemalesbian !! i’d be freaking just like you. it’s irrational but you can’t stop yourself from reacting that way to otherwise minor physical symptoms of usually nothing. even when it’s statistically unlikely anything will happen! ugh!
#cinemalesbian#i get chronic panic attacks the last few years and it's really a vicious cycle since those really do feel like dying#so i just go through period of unchecked neurosis :\
