I could make a whole presentation on why Digimon Tri is just a big retcon official fanfiction. Shout out to whoever put in the egg timer joke tho.
#{the digimon tag}#digimon#digimon tri#i watched this as it aired so i couldn't follow it at all#so now i'm watching the dub and frankly it's weird for several reasons#i think the worst thing they did was do the reboot and wipe the digimon's memories#when rewind to the very first episode when they were expecting the Digidestined#and treating it like 02 didn't happen but then be like ken? yeah we know ken#02 deserves more than it got#and i'm mad that the mysterious kid in the upcoming movie isn't Ryo#i forget what the old game is called but i think it's for the wonderswan#my friend read a whole account of the game when we were younger#which he does appear a could of times in the Adventure series so come on guys#i haven't watched tue new adventure series yet so no one say anything but one of the things i care most about#is if it could lead to a 02 reboot as well but i doubt it#i wanna relive getting my friend into digimon :'l it was a really good time
