Assuming u mean emotional manipulation which is funny bc I don't think he's good at it at all lol. Like obviously you do you and I do me, but let me use this space to like bring out my headcanon. Idk so much fan content portrays Medic as like this Charming And Manipulative Secret Evil Sadist thing but I just don't buy it. Medic tf2 is clearly someone who has a lot of Big emotions and expresses everything he feels, that's why he's Weird or Scary or whatever. He's also definitely charming in his own way but I think he's charming on accident (and it's definitely not in any sort of "conventional" way). Idk I think Medic tf2, the guy who could not go one voiceline pretending he was not planning to kill Merasmus without breaking down laughing and admitting he was lying, is like some King Of Sexy Emotional Manipulation. I think he's only ever good at "letting people's guard down" because he has glasses and thus isn't perceived as "a threat." Idk to me he's a bad liar he's bad at people's emotions it's never something he does on purpose. He can physically manipulate a whole bunch of ur body parts though that's for sure!
