i like to imagine selkie alan going through the opposite of the normal selkie development path (stick -> fuzzy stick -> coat falls off, selkie stick). the cursor starts to feel looser and one day the cursor wiggles a lot and *poof* now there's a stick under a coat of metallic fabric.

that's so funny actually.......... it's funny to imagine him initially being just stuck as a cursor too and just going 'well i guess this is my life now'
