note to self to put conflict resolution skills on my resume bc it is something most ppl CLEARLY lack lmao
#all of my postdocs are very grateful for what to me is very basic conflict resolution / leadership stuff#i feel a bit foolish that I've literally been trained to teach leaders and yet it didn't occur to me to offer any form of that to them#this is partly from forgetting that it's a non-universal skill and partly jaded cynicism about leadership orgs in general#but i think i am in a more unique position than i have been in the past - as a paid support person for a very concrete group#time to dig up my old nylt materials stolen from the boy scouts lmao
