Kirishima knew taking this mission with Fatgum would be one of their more challenging ones : A drug ring filtered out throughout a high end hotel with an escort and stripping service. Supposedly they'd traffic with the girls, under trays of food or other masked ways. The menus were keys to what each drug was, and each service was a different type of delivery. They were so close , so very close to understanding what was happening but...they also hit a bump. Most of the investigation was focused on the owner of the hotel but they soon found out that they were barking up the wrong tree. The owner of the hotel wasn't who controlled the flux in the drug ring but a patreon, a wealthy real estate manager for a mob. Sighing, Kirishima rubbed his face, glancing at Fatgum who was writing like a madman at the desk in their jointed room “Hey Taishiro..” Kirishima called as the blonde let out a hum,still jotting notes “We have that other lead right? Uh..” He started as he flipped through his own notes, running over a name “Peaches, the cage dancer?” “Yeah what about her?” Fatgum said as he looked to his red haired subordinate “Why don't we see if we can find her? She should be working tonight right? The other dancer said she only comes in on certain days, and she seems tied to Mr.N'' He siad as Fatgum joined him at his side , reading over his notes “Yeah! If we're lucky we’ll find some more about our lovely friend here”

And with that they headed downstairs and to the giant double door, the sound of thumping music seeping through the crack “Well Red, let's head in yeah?” Taishiro said as Kirishima followed behind. He knew undercover work was difficult, and it didn't help that both had to disguise their identities to the best they could : Fatgum and him both using colored hair spray to hide their hair colors. Taishiro opted to stay in his smaller form more often and wore clothes that were more fancy while under the name “Yuri”. Kirishima on the other hand was his makeshift “Bodyguard” , opting for all black looks and tended to hide his mouth with a black mask, going by the simple nickname “J”. The purpose was for Fatgum to look like another high end boss with security , and that's how it was. As the two entered they were greeted with half dressed to bare women with only covers asking them what they needed or wanted , some handing them drinks and allowing them to wander. The lights were bright and strobing , almost too much to the sober person, so the intoxicated had to be worse. Heading to the back they passed through a curtain into the higher end of things. Men with people at their hips, smoking cigars and watching as more dancers did their usuals, money being handed over , thrown and placed on their person. “Alright how about we split up, il take this seat, see if you can find the cage dancers” Fatgum said as he sat to an approaching girl, the women threw herself to his lap as Kirishima sighed watching him start up as he saw a red light behind another side curtain. Catching his attention Kirishima walked forward, into a darker room with a string of red lights illuminating a cage-like stage. Before he could get far a man stopped him

“Excuse me sir do you have a reservation with Peaches?” Bingo. He found her “Uh no sorry i don't , i didn't know i needed one for her '' He said shyly as the man looked up to him before sighing “Well, then sir i can't help you” Sighing Kirishima looked at the stage again when he saw one of the most beautiful sights he could see. A woman, covered in a red and black piece popped into the stage “Whats the issue Moby?” The women said as her eyes widened to the tall male in her usual empty room “Ah nothing miss Peaches, this guy i guess thought he'd get a show” The security said as the girl still looked to him and smiled waving him in “He does now, put him on my list yeah?” She said as the security stuttered , letting the towering man past “Ah miss, is it okay if my friend comes along as well? He went to a different stage but he would be meeting back up with me” He admitted as th e woman strolled to him , pressing a hand to the cage “He can come too, tell Moby to put him on the list sweetheart” She said before walking away, yelling to the security “Put his friend on the too!”

Soon Fatgum came into the room with him, sitting beside him as more paterons surrounded the stage “the other dont know them, it seems our girl is the one were with now” He whispered as they all looked up to the stage , the setting being set for the act who was coming out. If the hush whispers were anything he knew the girl they were waiting for would be something great.

All of a sudden Kiri could feel his heart in his throat, the woman he had spoken to came out , still dress the same as she waved to the whistling people below, goting to her pole with a jump and started spinning effortlessly, the sight was absolutely stunning ; he'd never seen such a beautiful display before. Look, this wasn't suitable to be written on my twilight imagines page OR my peaky blinders page (for obvious reasons i guess) so I'm making this and leaving it here and if you read it, on your head be it.

For the most part, the life as a Padawan to the most renowned jedi was a thrilling experience. The training course of Luke Skywalker was one destined to end in success. However, standing between you and this end goal was an intensive regime of training and body conditioning that, quite honestly, made you want to pack it all in and move as far away from the blonde warrior as the physical universe you so happened to live in would allow. Some days you felt like your bond with your master was so strong that you would trust him with your life and risk yours to save his; other times you wished you could use all the force you could muster to choke the dear life out of the cocky little brat. Today was sadly an example of latter. 

“And you promise i wont fall” this was your 4th time of asking, and you still weren't completely sure that what you were being told was truthful,

“Of course you wont fall, stop being silly” Luke had a bashful smile as he reaffirmed the idea you didn't believe he actually had any faith in. 

Balance training was apparently key to being a good fighter, although the idea of you leaning how to do a cartwheel felt less how to be a warrior jedi and more how to entertain Luke in his fourth hour of training you of the day.

You had been around Luke for over a year now, long enough to grow more affection to him than an apprentice should to their master, however this laugh that would normally make your heart and lower stomach flutter was having the opposite effect on you today. 

Training sessions had recently started to take a less serious turn with Luke, which you thought to be a good thing at first. Luke could make you laugh very easily, and sometimes his jokes and elaborate tasks he would set for you were the only sense of joy you got in your day. You truly appreciated Luke for his carefree and wholesome jokey outlook in a place full of seriousness and rule. 

However, the proposition of an low level gymnastics competition while you are already drenched in sweat and bruises from your previous hours of fight training made your affectionate disposition toward the Jedi leak out of your ears.

Luke stepped back, holding his hands in mock defence and clearing an area for you to preform. 

Shaking off a little, you got into the position of a dramatic cartwheel and then attempted to flip your hands to the ground and kick your feet over.

By the time Luke managed to gather himself together enough to stop laughing and take a proper breath, you were still staring at him in disbelief and sheer anger.  At one time, falling over or tripping in front of your master would send you into a cloud of humiliation, but now you knew Luke well enough to know he put you into this kind of situation for his pure amusement alone. This enraged you. 

“Fine, well now that you've had your fun ill take my leave, Master” You would only pull out his true label of authority over you when you wanted to taunt the Jedi, who always seemed to blush and fumble over his words after the use of the title. Like always, Luke was left stunned with an unreadable look on his face as you pushed yourself up and waltzed out of the combat room.

A few hours had passed and after a meal and a shower you had fallen into a nap on your bed. When waking from said slumber, you noticed the pain in your neck had returned and was now accompanied with shooting pains down your whole spine. With a grimace, you chucked on your cloak and slippers and made your way to the medical room, Only getting to your own door before bumping into the one and only Jedi Master. 

“You” You shot at him, pointing an accusatory finger in his direction,

“Me?” he asked back, looking genuinely shocked and maybe even a little scared. 

“Your fucking antics have got me in a disabled position” you told him, crossing your arms in a defensive position. He snatched the back of his head, attempting to look sincere, but you could see the gleam in his eye as he tried not to laugh. “Hey I'm sorry okay” when you neither break eye contact or accept his apology, he continues

,“Is there anything i can do? can i get you a heat pad or something”

You're not sure where the idea came from, maybe the need for your pain to dull or the hue left from the repetitive sexual fantasy dreams Luke had appeared in of yours lately, but before you could stop yourself the proposition was already out your mouth.

When you felt him let out a soft moan, you were reminded that you indeed had not much Underneath, only dressing yourself in your garments after your shower. This forgotten piece of information made your heart drum again in your chest, the anticipation of skin on skin causing warmth between your upper thighs.

“Stop looking at him” Luke whinged, sounding like a little boy who was in a strop because he had just been found coping his homework. You finally managed to move your eyes back to his face, which was covered in a thin layer of sweat and the deepest blush you’d ever seen on the Jedi. You couldn’t help it, the tension that had been building all evening plus the expression he held caused you to burst into a fit of uncontrollable giggles. Luke grumbled, feeling the most humiliated he ever had and covered his area with his hands, shifting awkwardly towards your door and letting himself out. Before the door fully closed you managed to compose yourself enough to get out between giggles,

“See you tomorrow morning for training yer?”

His groan of irritation and tension was audible enough to reach you through the closed door, causing your laughing fit to resume.

I got sunburn!! Its on my back and shoulders and I cant reach it went enough to put aloe on it. James will help when he gets home but it hurts now so thats not fun. But today was an excellent day. Just so good. 

I slept alright enough last night. James said I slept on an angle. Not surprised. I am trying to find a hammock stand so I can sleep in that sometimes when I m home too. Sleeping at camp in it is just. To comfortable and now I dont want to sleep in the bed! I also just think our box spring in broken and I dont like it. Were trying to find a solution for that but I still want a hammock stand. Im on the hunt. 

James forgot to put gas in the car and I was kind of stressed out about that. But I also really didnt want to put gas in the car. Its been so long since I have done that. I have never done it with this car. And it had been years since I had done it with my old car. Like before grad school. So I just left for work and hoped for the best. I know that is not the best plan but thats what I did. 

I got to work on time though and I felt pretty good. I had a smoothie with me. I was in a good mood. I was determined to work on my stamina for walking today. So once the kids started coming I acted as a runner and took them to their groups. I was doing pretty well. Was to humid but it was all good. I was in a good mood. 

I went to the nurse though because I have some weird bumps on my finger. She thinks I touched poison ivy or something. So she put some medicine on it and gave me a bandaid. And off I went. 

I had a lot planned today for my "light day". I spent the whole morning doing prep for the rest of this week and some stuff for next week. I put together all the bead looms and I set up the pencil lines for the embroidery. It was a lot of work. Setting up the projects for next week went alright. But I ran into some issues because its print making and I had to make some choices about. What type they are doing. The littlest kids will be using stencils. The middle group will make stamps with sponges and styrofoam (which I cut out from the bottom of bowls because thats all I had). The next age will use leaves and such and print on wood. But its the oldest group Im unsure of. I could go wild and have them do copper prints. Or I could have them make lino cuts. Honestly there are lots of things I could have them do. Ill have to keep thinking. I have the older kids tomorrow though so maybe Ill just talk to them about it. 

The morning was great though. I had my lunch and tried to just focus on that. But I couldnt. I kept wandering back into the art shack and would start working on something else. But I had my lunch. Listened to my podcast. Chilled a little. 

But what I was most excited about was swimming!! 

CJ texted me that she would be over to me at 130 and she was just on time. I had just put sunscreen on. Apparently not enough but thats what I did. And off we went. 

We swam from a little after 130 until almost 4. It was great. We had the whole deep end to our selves for the first hour. And then the rest of the time we shared with the older kids and I had such a nice time. Just talking with CJ, hanging out. Swimming across the pool and back. Floating. I was so happy. I forgot my sunglasses at the art shed but I was having fun. The water was perfect. 

CJ had to run out and go help with some drums so she was gone for like 15 minutes. But she came back soon enough. It was just such a nice day. I am so glad it didnt rain. 

We got out of the water once the kids were gone. And we laid on the grass to try to dry off our bathing suits. We talked about friend groups, how were similar, camp, our backgrounds. Shes a lot of fun. I am really glad we have meshed so well. She thinks Im chaotic and funny and that is a fun thing to play off of. 

Once we were mostly dry we walked back towards the office. She had to go put gas in the camp bus. And encouraged me to try to put gas in my car even though I was scared. 

And she was right. But I was mostly just really sun tired. 

I got back to the art shed. Locked the doors and got changed. Somehow kicked a mason jar and had to clean up glass. I was very sleepy and my eyes hurt from the pool water. So once the glass was cleaned I went and laid in the hammock and tried to just. Rest my eyes. 

Fletcher, one of the younger counselors, came to borrow some of my cleaning supplies. He offered me eye drops but that didnt feel sanitary. But I appreciated him offering. 

A little after 430 I went down to the office to watch over pick up. Hung out with the youth workers and CJ. Sat with some kids. It was nice. I had a good time talking to some of the counselors. I dont get to talk to much. She didnt know that James was Charlotte's brother so that was fun to share. 

But it was time to go home. 

I got my stuff from the art shed and locked up. And headed to the car. Said goodbye some more people. Waved as I drove off. 

I did stop to get gas. It only sort of went wrong. I couldnt remeber my zip code because I am dumb. The machine was having trouble reading my card. I didnt know when to take out the pump. I didnt know if it would stop filling when it was full. I was very nervous and jumpy but I got $20 worth of gas and that was enough to mostly fill the tank. 

I wanted burger king for dinner but they didnt have the veggie burgers so I just got fries and went home. Well I stopped at CVS for eye drops and bought a squid plush because I am a whole child. 

When I got back here I saw Mr Will and thanked him for the gift. He's so kind. We talked for a little. But I was really happy to find that James left the AC on for me. 

I had my fries and played a little animal crossing. Then a long bath to try to help my skin. Now though I just want to close my eyes. I hope you all have had as nice a day as I did. And I hope you all have a good day tomorrow too!

He completely trashed the car, it reeked of cigarettes and pot, we found empty beer cans and other cans used to smoke his pot. We took the car away and cleaned it the best we could and after a few months of him still continuing his behavior and habits we sold the car. He bullies his mom and sister (always has) and took his moms keys and her car from her and will not return it. I know we are legally responsible for him until he turns 18 which isn't too much longer BUT he is getting worse with everything, my husband has given up on him and just lets him come and go as he pleases and do what he wants (he claims he will kick him out on his bday but no one believes him b/c of many past threats not followed through and his kids know it so they continue to play him), I'm told to stay out of it because he isn't my son yet he is still on MY insurance and driving his mom's car while drinking and smoking pot and continuing not to follow the law with his restrictions either. I can't wait for this ungrateful punk to be out of my house. He constantly badmouths all of us with lies to everyone and blames us when things don't go his way. He has always been extremely lazy and does not want to work, he keeps forcing his mom to give him money which she does b/c she claims she is afraid of him, he has NEVER helped with anything around the house, he has already been in trouble a few times with the police as young as 12 when he wouldn't follow skateboarding rules. This kid needs a major attitude adjustment and a kick in the *** but no one will do it and I'm not allowed to say anything to him about anything but I'm so sick and tired of having to keep my mouth shut and watch everything he says and does to his family yet I am to provide insurance for this a@%hole. He's not supposed to be driving anyone's car but he took his mom's and won't give it back to her, he lives with us even though he is NEVER here (DYFS took the kids away from their mom about 4 yrs ago and placed them with us immediately) (oh, the issues have been going on a lot longer than these 4 yrs but not to this degree). By the time we file and the court allowed for emancipation he will be 18 so that is no use.
