I think Senbonzakura's characterization is a really good reflection of Byakuya's inner self cuz the guy talks a lot to the point even Byakuya tells him he "talks too much". And its pretty evident I'd say that even tho Byakuya doesn't talk much, he thinks a lot. Byakuya has a lot going on on the inside and is always making decisions without telling anyone. He would rather look like he's betraying the Soul Society than admit he's trying to get closer to Koga to kill him and take back the Kuchiki clan's honor. He didn't explain shit during Rukia's rescue either(and he kinda didn't need to anyway but after knowing the truth his actions back then make sense with the internal conflict of clan honor vs upholding his late wife's wishes). He just doesn't say shit. He keeps everything inside. He doesn't show emotion, he always keeps himself calm and reserved. So Senbonzakura over here has the same 'head full, thoughts many' mindset as Byakuya, except unlike Byakuya, he lets it out. He doesn't internalize shit like Byakuya. And I think Byakuya knows he shouldn't and he's got a small desire to voice his thoughts and feelings even tho he chooses not to, so Senbonzakura holds that desire to speak up and say things, hence why Senbonzakura talks a lot. And on a slightly more comedic note, I think Byakuya's actually pretty socially awkward and just hides it with his stoic attitude and silence, hence why Senbonzakura can be kinda awkward at times. I'd say he's just Byakuya if Byakuya was actually willing to let loose and go wild.
