We jump again to Perry and Heinz sitting together at a table. Heinz signs slowly, looking nervous, <What—did—you—and—C-H-A-R-L-E-N-E—talk—?> Perry cuts him off with <You can speak.> Heinz pleads, "Look, Perry, I WANT to get good at sign! It's just slow going! And I really DO care, it's just... We don't even use it that much, and my brain's full up of all this useless GERMAN..."

Heinz puts his elbow on the table and leans his face against his palm, asking, "Anyway... What were you guys talking about for so long?" Perry types on his phone for a moment, then holds it out in front of Heinz. It reads: 'Brokerage accounts.'

Heinz stares wide-eyed for a moment, then he and Perry start snickering as the text continues: 'For ten straight minutes, Heinz, in perfect sign so I had to act impressed. Why didn't you save me??' "Oh, Charlene..." Heinz says. He and Perry continue chatting, Perry in sign and Heinz aloud, with smiles on their faces. Perry, signing: She's nice. I like her. Heinz, speaking: Y'know, you could've saved ME from Roger. Perry: Sorry. What were you talking about? Heinz: Oh I tuned him out, no clue. End ID]
