while i'm already talking about princess/empress luz freeing herself from belos's influence..... here's some picrews (original here!) from yesterday where i was thinking about. luz slowly starting to dress more genderqueer over the months following belos's death. bc she has never had a chance to do that before and she's Exploring.....

#princess luz AU #toh #i don't think she was particularly dysphoric prior i don't know if she even consciously Realized she was performing gender mostly for belos #but i also think she would be surprised and pleased to look in the mirror and like how she looks #this is not a familiar feeling to her. the closest she gets is when she steals hunter's shirts and that's just bc they're comfy #luz voice: okay i think being both an emperor and an empress is despicable but OF THOSE TWO i really WOULD rather be an emperor #in conclusion this AU luz should get a cringe disaster fashion arc like canon hunter's. AU hunter can have one too why not
