A couple minutes to swap out sunglasses, specific lenses and types. Now having black out lenses, but still capable of seeing through them with her own supernatural energy. Specifically a pair of shades to avoid being turned to stone, even if not her style. "Your snakes are such pretty colors, still very much you vibe! Need a coat? Or blanket?"

The first thing he'd done is find Caelan-- the guy always had a blindfold on, so he figured he might have a spare. And he'd been right at least. Honestly Caelan had... a lot of them, unenchanted and ready to be made into a replacement for the one he wore. And since he himself didn't need anything special, it was perfect. He couldn't see and wouldn't be able to look on instinct now, and he'd just replace the band or get it cleaned once this was over. Probably the former, given it'd be a few weeks.

It's been a little bit and he's chosen to go somewhere isolated even with it on, just in case. Maybe once he was comfortable he might take it off, but at least for the trip, he didn't want to risk it. So when he hears a voice from nowhere with no approaching steps, it startles him and he does look in that direction on instinct. Thankfully, his foresight is enough to keep him from doing anything stupid, just because he's not used to having it always on mind. "Ah---."

He stands there for a long moment. The voice sounded familiar but everything is so.....quiet. It's unnerving. ".... Thanks. I appreciate the thought, but I.... I should be okay." The multitude of snakes are swarming around him, over his shoulders and under his arms. It feels weird and they seem to have a mind of their own. This whole situation is fucking weird, actually. Including some person showing up in the middle of the abandoned place he was currently messing around in and fixing up. "Um--- who are you? You sound vaguely familiar but uh.... can't place the voice."
