Seeing many people talk abt how american trad catholics disagree with the pope and like, don't they know he's the main guy? Or whatever. Expressing that sentiment.

And I don't get why so many people are surprised by it. Like, this (catholics disliking pope Francis) isn't a new thing???

Do people not remember when he was chosen as the pope and there were people straight up saying this was the end of times because he was a Jesuit?

(For context, there is a "prophecy" stating that doomsday will come when a black pope is chosen, black is interpreted as in "black sheep" not as in a black man, and the Jesuit order is the closest thing to a black sheep the catholic church has, they were expelled from the church for a few decades back in the 18th century i think)

But yeah, a lot of catholics don't like him.
