Real as in canon? I feel like Kuzuhina doesn't fully fit into the canon events of the story, despite myself and other Kuzuhina creators forcibly making it fit, lmao.

That said, if you finish Fuyuhiko's free time events, Kuzuhina definitely becomes a thing. Giving each other half of their lives is a bit dramatic for just friends. Not to say that friends wouldn't do that sort of thing, but in this particular situation, it feels like more than that. In the canon of Fuyuhiko's free time events, I feel like he's at least a little bit in love with Hajime.

And anyway, it's the best pairing, whether it's real or not, so your friend sounds lame. 😆
