One of my classmates/casual friends from college just died, and I'm still not sure what to think of it.
#tw: death#like we weren't that close even back in college and this isn't the first classmate of mine who has died#but out of the ones who HAVE died she might have been the closest?#it's real weird#i don't exactly know the details but i guess she suffered a traumatic brain injury right before christmas#emergency surgery commenced and she was holding on for a while but…yeah#we had drifted apart but she was still really sweet (would always wish me happy birthday on FB!)#and i think i'm more bummed for her family than for myself if that makes sense#personal
