when you’re checking out mythology for fun and something about the tale of Cú Chulainn strikes a chord

namely the Tuatha

(and a quick search reveals like..EVERYTHING about the names of Amalur)

the Tuatha were liike..gods and godesses. and their primary enemies the FOMORIANS lol (no get this the fomorians are like a represenation of the DESTRUCTIVE and HARMFUL aspects of nature, as opposed to the tuatha) who’s leader was named BALOR double lol

oh and the Tuatha are eventually led (tricked) to live in the Sidhe which is basically the fairy realm and a bunch of hills at..the same..time?? i dunno i’m kinda tired
