Star wars canon is like "Togruta aren't super common which means that a Togruta anywhere is pretty noticeable" and all of us are like fuck that togruta are cool as fuck i want three Togruta ocs for every story.

#chit chat #i think that this was stated in...i wanna say the clone wars novelization???#i don't remember exactly I've read too many star wars books but i know it was one with ahsoka as a main character #i do make an attempt to split the difference between 'humans and Twi’leks are the most populous species' canon and #'most of the characters we see are humans because alien makeup is expensive and disney doesn't wanna pay and therefore i must add aliens'#sometimes i do this by turning humans into aliens (re: myles)#sometimes i do this by adding Togruta ocs lmao #and bothans #i think we must start adding at least one new bothan oc to every story #because so many bothans died in the OT #there has to be bothans around here somewhere and by the force i will put them there #knight cand'eria my beloved #lmao
