you know what i took for granted until post-covid? BREATHING
#i can't breathe right#i walk 3 blocks and am like...panting#i'm a city kid! before may i could walk for forever and i walk FAST too#my work is up 2 big flights of stairs and i live in FEAR of running into a coworker on the stairs#i can barely talk and walk i def can't do stairs and talk#and even without talking at the top of the stairs i'm winded for minutes after#it's just two flights...#I just want my lungs back man#idk what to do at this point#about me
