once again i am thinking about luke c.astellan,
#SON BOY ALLOWED#like i see a lot of luke slander on tiktok and stuff but like. i think people tend to forget he's only like 19 in the first book#and even percy admits that if things had shaken out different he could have been just like luke#luke is a kid too and he's got a GREAT reason to be pissed and want things to change#is hurting younger kids the way to go about it? no! but again. he's a kid who's being manipulated by an eldritch abomination#i also heavily subscribe to the theory that he's schizophrenic and is starting to show symptoms when chronos slides in#like the age and family history lines up with that#he is dear to me okay#like imagine having a home life so unstable u run away at 9 live as a homeless child for a few years watching out for two other vulnerable#homeless kids - while being hunted by monsters mind u- and then encounters his dad. a literal god. who can't give him a good reason#for leaving him all alone with his severely unstable mother. and then he gets to camp only to find out that for a lot of kids its just#where there parents throw them so they don't have to think about them anymore#me? i would be furious#✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ: ooc / [mothman vc] take me home country roads#tbd
