I just got so happy bc I realized that I bought myself vegan mac that I can make for dinner and lunch tomorrow
#cries of happiness bc i know what i'm gonna have now#also i went to s'mac yesterday in nyc and got vegan mac#i actually recommend it bc it's not made with cashews like other vegan macs at restaurants#it's largely coconut oil and such (it does give off a coconut smell but doesn't taste like it)#vegan#vegan mac and cheese#vegan mac#personal
