So I heard there's a song featuring Ringo and Mike Campbell and I gotta say.

I gotta say.

For as big a motherfucking fan of both Ringo and Mike as I am (Ringo's my favorite drummer, Mike's my favorite guitarist)...which means that I should have been EXCITED AS HELL to hear it, especially two of my favorite musicians playing together on the same track...

It's incredibly boring. LOL

I like the drum sound on it, though. Also, since I've been listening for the past hour to songs on George Harrison's All Things Must Pass album that include his slide guitar playing, I was infinitely confused when I heard the slide guitar on it because I was like 'Is that Mike?' even though my brain was like 'Well no shit, Sherlock, since George is dead it obviously couldn't have been him.' The rest of the guitar playing on it sounded like Mike, though, and sounded pretty good in that respect, so I'll...er...uh...give him a pass for making me confuse him with George Harrison's ghost for too many seconds. (Most people would probably think I'm giving Mike a compliment for sounding like George, but Mike, not George, is my favorite guitarist of all-time, and if I have to GUESS or WONDER if it's him playing on a song and not just KNOW because that's how well-acquainted my ear is with his sound, then that's a problem, to me! I want my favorite musicians to sound like themselves, not like somebody else. That's what makes them my favorite. YOU KNOW?!)
