HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you too anon! I hope you and everyone will have a great time whether you celebrate or not

I'm gonna to prepare some of the Christmas food today and tomorrow. Borscht OF COURSE but also some Moczka and Szpajza (traditional dishes from south part of Poland. The first one is the thick, very sweet compote of dried fruits, the second is a chocolate dessert made of icing sugar, eggs, chocolate powder of course, nuts and a little bit of alcohol)
