I don't know how the other mel fans feel about this topic, but it seems like meljayce is over since we don't know where tf he is now. personally, I'm happy about them being over. I tried to care about them being together, but the writers couldn't be bothered fleshing them out for whatever reason. they can do it just fine with other couples, but with them, we got crumbs. I did like their last interaction. I didn't see it as a breakup like many people did, but like I said above, I don't care about them being together still.

The idea of Meljayce not being together anymore is also a win for me because that means JayVik shippers don't have a reason to perceive her anymore and pretend to care about her anymore. I won't have to see any more posts of them pretending to care about her and writing about how her and jayce shouldn't be together because their boy is pathetic (true) and Mel deserves better (also true) when in reality we know they have little to no consideration for her and we can literally sense the disdain they have for her in every other post about Mel.

So yeah, a Meljayce breakup is a win for me!!! we're finally free!!!

That chapter is over, and if there's more stories to come, I'm excited to see what's next for her, and I hope that she finds a home and love again.
