Stonathan Week 2017

Hey everyone! So after some thinking I’ve decided that it’s been two seasons of Stranger Things so we deserve an event for Stonathan! It will be a week-long event, from December 18th to December 24th, exactly a month from now. You can post whatever you like, edits, fics, fanart, even music playlists! Anything pertaining to the daily themes!

Below the cut is the description of the daily themes and the rules!

Day 1: Raise Your Glasses!

This day focuses on special occasions and celebratory events in the lives of Steve and Jonathan. From birthdays, graduation, anniversaries, and even marriage, this day is about momentous occasions in the boys’ lives!

Day 2: Monster Hunting!

A day dedicated to the villains of Stranger Things, more specifically creating a bad guy, using an already existing creature from outside of Stranger Things (such as werewolves, dragons, anything with an outside origin), or just using some of the villains from the show (humans included) to bring about bad things for Steve and Jonathan!

Day 3: Stranger Fusion!

A day dedicated to creating something in the universe of a show or movie of your choosing! Just put Steve and Jonathan as if they were the main characters of a movie you love, or in an episode of your favorite show! 

Day 4: Cheesy but Delicious!

A day for all of your favorite cliché tropes, nothing is too overused, I know you love them too! Nothing is too cheesy, because honestly who doesn’t love a good coffee shop AU?

Day 5: Whump and Angst!

A day for creating sad Stonathan content, I’m scared for this one but I know it’s necessary. You don’t have to kill anyone but you gotta have some sad stuff happening. Happy endings are optional, but make sure to tag Major Character Death if you include it!

Day 6: Fluff and Good Stuff

To recover from the day of sad things, we will have a day of nothing but cavity inducing warm and gooey things! Anything soft and sweet you can think of, crank it out and post it up my friends!

Day 7: Happy Holidays!

The last day will be on Christmas Eve, so I thought it fitting to have it be about the holidays. It doesn‘t have to be about Christmas, any holiday will do! 

I really hope everyone decides to participate because I surely will! I’d like to ask everyone to spread this post as well, reblog if you can so everyone can have the chance to hear about it and participate! You don’t have to do every day, you could do one or all of them if you like! If you post on Ao3, make sure to post about it on here, at least a link so we can see it.
