made strawberry syrup at like 10:45 at night just so i can have strawberry milk in the morning even though i probably will not wake up and get dressed quickly enough to enjoy it
#homemade syrup is pretty easy once you've got the basics down. I only really measure the fruit to sugar ratio and put in as much#lemon juice as i think it needs and maybe a little tiny splash of water to help it not turn into jelly on me if i let it boil for too long
