#i still like thinking of Kelek’s first encounter#and him being completely confused#I kind of see encounters as taking place in a weird focussed space for those involved#the world gets mostly black/white except for the Important Colors#they either throw attacks at each other in the black space or there’s a literal bullet board#maybe both#regardless I just envision Kelek being OnO#tries to walk around#kind of freaked out#kind of like the idea of there being buttons#maybe not all monsters use them#like training wheels#his ‘attacks’ would be grey - damageless#literally incapable of hurting someone through magic#his attacks probabaly present as ribbons and fluff balls#Kelek posting#just thinking#of course~#this probabaly gets corrupted in horror and fell environments#i suppose spike balls would make sense to replace his fluff#n danger ribbons#but gotta consider how that would translate outside of Encounter space#twisty corkscrew ribbons probabaly make more sense#since it’s a reference to him wrapping his magic with his tail#edit: imagine him trying to use an attack tho#and he’s just Toby McGuire Spider-Maning over there
